Shipping

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 business day, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery Time
Estimated standard shipping transit time is 5–7 business days, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or high order volume.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are shown at checkout and may vary based on your location, order size, and package weight. Flat-rate shipping may apply by region. Final shipping costs will be displayed before you complete your order.

Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the continental United States only.
We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international addresses.

Tracking
All orders include tracking. Tracking information will be sent once your order ships.

Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. KIMSHOMELA LLC is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, KIMSHOMELA LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We may assist, where reasonably possible.


Returns

Return Window
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

Online Orders Only
All online purchases must be returned through our online return process. We do not accept in-store returns for online orders.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or damaged items not due to our error
  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Items not in original packaging
  • Items returned outside the 30-day return window


How to Start a Return
To start a return, please email info@kimshome.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions after your request is approved.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or the wrong item was sent. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Restocking Fee
Returns that are incomplete, opened, damaged, or not in original condition may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Customers should inspect orders upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours of delivery regarding damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Please include photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 3–7 business days for refund processing after approval.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please place a new order if needed.

Order Refusal or Cancellation
KIMSHOMELA LLC reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, unauthorized, or in violation of our policies.
